Who is Shirley?

I am an experienced realtor and mother of three adult children one of whom is diagnosed with Autism (high needs). My experience in real estate superseded the period of being a mom. I understand what it takes to get the right house or how much to sell for the top dollar. All these is among the many successes in bringing up a wonderful family and sharing what I know with my community as an inspirational speaker.

If you are looking to buy or sell your property, this is me (an experienced realtor):

I am an entrepreneur, realtor, builder, and community volunteer. I owned and fully paid for my first house at the age of 24 years old. For the buyer: I understand the importance of owning a home (it is a basic human right, equity/wealth building, and empowering). For the Seller: Top dollar for your property as I am a homeowner myself. Whether in buying or selling, I treat every home or client as one of my own. I want the best for you. “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much..."  I always do my ultimate BEST!

If you are looking for a lived inspirational speaker, this is what I will say (reach out):

A Messager of hope and encouragement. My difficult and triumphant journey has me wanted to reach out to parents with or without special needs children to share my lived experience. As someone who was given a second chance, give back, pay forward is what I was taught as a child.

Life is about balance.

Successful entrepreneur, realtor, and community builder. Grit, persistence, and financial wisdom make me the person who can help you in the area of real estate investment and special needs-related challenges. You deserve the best.
